By accessing or using ezimagetools.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You may use our tools for both personal and commercial purposes. However, you agree not to use the service to: (a) upload illegal content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or non-consensual explicit imagery; (b) infringe on the intellectual property rights of others; (c) upload malicious software, viruses, or code designed to attack or disrupt our servers; (d) scrape, automate, or mass-process images without our explicit consent. We reserve the right to block any user or IP address that violates these rules.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the images and files you upload. We claim absolutely no ownership, copyright, or usage rights over your content. The images are processed solely at your request and deleted shortly after.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. ALWAYS KEEP A BACKUP OF YOUR ORIGINAL FILES BEFORE PROCESSING THEM.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ezimagetools.com, ITS OPERATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, LOST FILES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS. 7. Service Limits and Modifications

We enforce limits to ensure the stability of our service (e.g., maximum file sizes of 50 MB and 20 files per batch). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service, or change these limits, at any time without notice.
