Convert HEIC to JPG

HEIC is the reason an iPhone photo gets rejected by a website, refuses to open on Windows, or lands in someone's inbox as a file they cannot view. Converting it makes the same photo work everywhere, with no visible change. JPG opens in every browser, every phone gallery, every office program and every upload form there is. When a website rejects your image, JPG is almost always what it wanted instead.
